Mariama Sima on Child Protection Alliance (CPA)

One of our joint advocacy accomplishments as a Civil Society in The Gambia is the establishment of a Children National Assembly. Children National Assembly of The Gambia is a child-led, non-statutory body established by the Government of The Gambia through the Gambia National Assembly and the National Youth Council with the ultimate aim to promote and advocate for the rights of all children. Child Protection Alliance played a crucial role in this process as acknowledged by the Programs Officer for Advocacy and Communications of National Youth Council, Mariama Sima.
